When can I join?
If your organization drinks more than 600 cups of coffee, or 5 kilos of coffee beans per week, the Coffee Recycle Service is for you!
How does the collection service work?
A special coffee grounds collection container (120 litres) will be installed at your organisation. Your coffee grounds are collected in this collection bin by the operator or your own (facility) employee(s). No matter who your coffee supplier is or who is the waste collector of your other waste streams, the Coffee Recycle Service works as an added service to this. The coffee grounds collection bin is collected according to an agreed schedule and exchanged for clean bins by our logistics
What is done with the coffee grounds?
The collected coffee grounds are sent to various coffee grounds processing parties. They turn this coffee grounds into high-quality, new products. If more coffee grounds are collected than they can process, the rest is used for energy generation through fermentation.
How does the store credit work?
Based on the amount of coffee drunk, you will be awarded store credit that can be spent in our webshop. Here you can log in to your account, where your credit is credited every quarter. With this credit you can order coffee products made from the collected coffee grounds.
Do I have to spend my store credit all at once?
Oh, not at all! The value is retained as long as the credit is valid. If you have a credit of €50 and you spend €20, the remaining €30 can be used on a subsequent order.
I want to order a higher amount than my store credit allows, what now?
No problem. The available store credit will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining outstanding amount will then be charged by means of an invoice.
Orders & Shipping
You can always return your products to us within 14 days. This includes without giving any reason. Of course we would like to know how things could have been done better though. We ask you to report the return shipment to us via firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can provide the correct return address.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to state the expected delivery time as acurately as possible with the various products. Most products, are shipped within 5 working days.
