The beans are slowly roasted by heating them to 200 °C for 15 minutes. In this way, the beans roast more slowly than usual, allowing the aromas in the bean to develop better. The coffee roaster runs on biogas, which is extracted on site from coffee grounds. A technique not found anywhere else in the world!

We deliver the coffee beans in reusable buckets. We take the buckets back so we can clean and refill them with freshly roasted coffee.
