It all starts with a nice quality Fair Trade coffee bean. A Single Origin Arabica bean from Peru. The coffee beans are slowly roasted by heating them to 200 °C for 15 minutes. This way the beans roast slower than usual, allowing the aromas in the bean to develop better. The coffee roaster runs on biogas, which is extracted on site from coffee grounds. A technique not found anywhere else in the world!
