We produce various products with the coffee grounds collected by our coffee recycling service. Click here for an overview and more information

When can I join?
If your organization drinks more than 600 cups of coffee, or 5 kilos of coffee beans per week, the Coffee Recycle Service is for you!
How does the collection service work?
Bij jouw organisatie wordt een speciale koffiedik-inzamelbak (120 liter) geplaatst. Jouw koffiedik wordt door de operator of uw eigen (facilitair) medewerker(s) in deze inzamelbak verzameld. Het maakt niet uit wie jouw koffieleverancier is of wie de afvalophaler is van jouw andere afvalstromen, de Koffie Recycle Service is hierop een aanvulling.De koffiedik-inzamelbak wordt volgens een afgesproken schema opgehaald en omgewisseld voor schone bakken door onze logistieke
partner.
What is done with the coffee grounds?
Coffee Based verwerkt het opgehaalde koffiedik, samen met geselecteerde partners, tot hoogwaardige, nieuwe producten. Denk aan koffiekopjes, notitieboeken en plantenbakken. Als er meer koffiedik is opgehaald dan we kunnen verwerken, dan wordt de rest gebruikt voor energieopwekking via vergisting.
How does the store credit work?
Based on the amount of coffee drunk, you will be awarded store credit that can be spent in our webshop. Here you can log in to your account, where your credit is credited every quarter. With this credit you can order coffee products made from the collected coffee grounds.
Do I have to spend my store credit all at once?
Oh, not at all! The value is retained as long as the credit is valid. If you have a credit of €50 and you spend €20, the remaining €30 can be used on a subsequent order.
I want to order a higher amount than my store credit allows, what now?
No problem. The available store credit will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining outstanding amount will then be charged by means of an invoice.

What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to state the expected delivery time as acurately as possible with the various products. Most products, are shipped within 5 working days.
Returns
U mag uw producten altijd binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst aan ons terugsturen. Dat mag zonder opgaaf van reden, maar we vinden het fijn als u ons laat weten hoe we het beter hadden kunnen doen. We vragen u wel om de retourzending eerst bij ons te melden via info@coffeebased.nl.
Nadat u de retourzending bij ons heeft gemeld, kunt u de producten versturen naar:

Zodra het product in originele staat bij ons binnen is, storten wij het volledige factuurbedrag terug. De verzendkosten voor het retourneren worden niet vergoed.
Let op: Als u het product met een cadeaubon hebt gekocht, wordt het bedrag van de retourzending meestal teruggestort in de vorm van een nieuwe cadeaubon of tegoedbon. Cadeaubonnen kunnen niet in geld worden omgezet.
