Het begint allemaal met een mooie kwaliteit koffiebonen. De koffiebonen worden langzaam gebrand door ze in 15 minuten naar 200 °C op te warmen. Zo roosteren de bonen langzamer dan gebruikelijk, waardoor de aroma’s in de boon zich beter ontwikkelen. De koffiebrander draait op biogas, dat ter plekke gewonnen wordt uit koffiedik. Een techniek die je nergens anders ter wereld tegen komt!
